PROSPECTIVE TRAUMA CLINICIAN
The Trauma Survivors Foundation welcomes your interest in joining our trauma clinician network. As a specialized Foundation, we are looking for the very best in trauma clinicians to work with the diverse population we serve. We value our relationship with our trauma clinician network and view that relationship as the most important component of the Trauma Survivors Foundation. We believe in partnering with trauma clinicians to deliver the highest level of services to our participants.
To be considered for participation in our network, the following requirements apply:
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Minimum three years post-graduate experience
Three years of direct Critical Incident Response or CISM
Highest-level state license/certification
Malpractice insurance: $1M per incident, $3M aggregate
At least 35 hours of in-person CISM training
Availability to accept new patients within three business days
The Trauma Survivors Foundation regularly expands our trauma clinician network to best serve our patients. If you are interested in applying for network participation, please complete the Prospective Trauma Clinician Form. We will contact you in the near future should we have an immediate need for a clinician in your area with your credentials. Otherwise, we will contact you when the need arises.
Prospective Emergency Services Crisis Interventionist
The Trauma Survivors Foundation understands the unique cultures of the emergency services. Whether you are fire, police, or EMS, those unique cultures require a unique perspective when dealing with a traumatic event. As a specialized Foundation, we are looking for the very best in Emergency Services Crisis Interventionists to work with the emergency services personnel. The Trauma Survivors Foundation values the unique needs of emergency services personnel. We seek experienced fire, police, and EMS professionals to provide crisis intervention for their peers.
Requirements:
Minimum five years of service in Fire, Police, or EMS
Three years of direct Critical Incident Response or CISM
Letters of recommendation from a Clinical Director/CISM Team Coordinator and Department Chief
At least 45 hours of in-person CISM training
Availability to assist emergency personnel within three business days
The Trauma Survivors Foundation regularly expands our emergency services crisis interventionist network to best serve our emergency services personnel. If you are interested in applying for network participation, please complete the Prospective Crisis Interventionist Form. We will contact you in the near future should we have an immediate need for a crisis interventionist in your area with your credentials. Otherwise, we will contact you when the need arises.
